Yes. Write to us and we will move your shop to another plan. Changing plans in the shop panel is coming soon.
We check the limit when you publish a product. Nothing already published is taken down: to publish a new product, deactivate an existing one or move to a bigger plan.
Shops opened before the plans keep all their products. Everything you have done so far stays saved.
For now by bank transfer, after you contact us. Card payments are coming later.
Yes. We issue an invoice to your shop's details for every payment.
Yes. The plan runs until the end of the paid period, then your shop moves to the Free plan. Your products stay saved.
